* debian/firefox.install: don't install defaults/profile to /etc/firefox anymore
* debian/firefox.ubuntu-prefs.js, debian/firefox.install: add debian/firefox.ubuntu-prefs.js to global greprefs; set firefox.cfg lock config file and install .cfg file in pkglibdir
