Welp, here's asoundconf-ui in Qt3.  It works - nearly.  Meaning that you'll have to close the app manually using your window manager, but the clearing and writing of ~/.asoundrc.asoundconf works properly.  Oh, and the Glade-3 portion remains untested (and probably quite broken).  Cheers!
