Cleanup.
- Remove unmaintained templates
- Remove unneeded wrapper elements
- Rename class names to more general ones
- Use HTML5 elements (header, nav, section, main, aside footer) where appropriate
- Move from floating divs to flexbox; this allows us to use the same CSS regardless if the sidebar existed in the markup or not
- Remove special support for very small resolutions (below 450)
- Remove some CSS that was used for special cases
- Return back to an image background for the header, as this means less markup and less CSS to maintain
- A lot of CSS rearranging and simplifying

Release page
- Move release codename away from the main title
- Add helper function to print release links
- Add shortcode to print release links for use on the press archive page (WIP)
- Register a separate sidebar for release pages
