WL#6273: Preparing for v1.0-alpha release
* Changed version to 1.0.0a in _version.py. We removed the _version
modules in the Python version specific folders.
* Updated the README, AUTHORS and cleared ChangeLog
* Removed contains of docs/ and replaced it with a placeholder README.txt.
Documentation will go in the MySQL manual (WL#6233)
* Updated metasetupinfo classifier, version and urls
* make_release.py updated and moved to the new support/ folder
* MANIFEST.in does not include setup.cfg anymore
* Corrected copyright where needed
