Rework MySQLDatabaseMetaData.
- Implement getProcedures() and getFunction().
- Fix methods returning empty result set ( getPseudoColumns() etc) to have correct number and type of columns. Add tests to check correct structure of returned result sets.
- Consistently map MySQL schemas to JDBC catalogs.
