Merging pybots branch by Elliot Murphy [a=statik] [r=radix,niemeyer] [f=127812]

This branch enables Storm to use the Python 2.5+ builtin sqlite3
module.  Some small changes were made on UnsupportedDatabaseTest
to allow it to disable multiple standard modules (sqlite3 and
pysqlite2, specifically).
