* Adds a Galacticus::ColumnDensity Perl module which computes the column
  density of hydrogen to the center of a galaxy.

* Adds a Galacticus::ISMCrossSections Perl module which computes X-ray
  cross-sections in the ISM at a set of specified wavelengths. Supports
  the Morrison & McCammon (1983) and Wilms et al. (2000) cross-section
  models and optionally allows for the cross-sections to depend on a
  supplied metallicity.

* Updates Galacticus::AGNLuminosities Perl module to use new
  Galacticus::ColumnDensity and Galacticus::ISMCrossSections modules in
  its calculations.
