Shrink Ubuntu slideshow to 798 pixels (from 816). Background picture remains unchanged.

New (but commented out) change in general.css which would align title by bottom, allowing for it to span multiple lines. Disabled for now because it breaks horribly in any web browser. (Must stop using position:fixed somehow!). May use it for final release, since the hack to achieve this works fine in our specific environment.
First bullet point in a slide only gets extra padding on right side when appropriate, as dictated by that slide.
