tests/android: Create the display as part of the normal test setup
A memory error (fixed by the previous commit) caused problems when
creating and destroying an AndroidDisplay multiple times in a process.
Since the error is now fixed, we can remove the workaround and
create the AndroidDisplay normally (not as a static member).
