Fix logic for remembering user's last session/language
 * Load last session/language after inputting/selecting username,
   rather than in start_authentication (which is called after
   inputting password).  This fixes bug where user's last session was
   not selected when using "Other."  Also prevents session from being
   reset if you enter the incorrect password.
 * Reset the last session/language preferences when canceling
   authentication.
