Remove another further 250+ hints for i386 packages.

These hints /appear/ to be no longer needed, based on update_excuses output;
however, britney has done some inconsistent things here in the past and I
haven't specifically fixed any bugs in britney that explains why these are
no longer triggered, so they may come back in which case we should be
prepared to revert this hint.

Some of the hints are dropped simply because the source package has been
removed.
