Merged hardy-test-failures [r=free.ekanayaka,ack] [f=862212].
Fix remaining test failures in hardy. There were two issues. The first
one was that namedtuple was used in a test, which isn't available in
python2.5. The other was that the tests included the Breaks field when
computing the hash of packages. Since the Breaks field didn't exist when
hardy was released, smart doesn't include it when computing the hash.
