Bug #1181099: innobackupex incorrectly chooses xtrabackup_51 for InnoDB
plugin in 5.1
Fixed server version autodetection to:
1. not choose xtrabackup_51 for any 5.1 server unconditionally
2. do not rely on specific innodb_version format, but just on whether it
has a value to tell between builtin InnoDB and plugin/XtraDB in 5.1.
