[miral-qt] Merge rev 555 of qtmir: Added implementation for MirSurfaceInterface::persistentId - adapted to suit new arch

Introduces a NewWindow signal argument, which contain the immutable elements of the new window plus a WindowInfo. All mutable state then transferred by WindowInfo.
