* debian/nvidia-96.install.in:
      - Patches are in debian/dkms/patches not in debian/patches.
      - Remove references to the man pages (as we deal with them in rules file).
    * debian/rules:
      - Do not install patches. The .install file already deals with them.
      - Simplify the installation of libraries and improve code comments.
      - Disable the stack markings of binaries before installing them.
