Add perftools and perftools_profiler build options. This allows you to link Mixxx against the google-perftools software package, which allows for thread-aware heap profiling, heap checking, and CPU profiling. Additionally, it provides tcmalloc, which is a very efficient thread-aware version of malloc. Google presents profiling data that shows it performing up to 4 times faster than ptmalloc, especially in multi-threaded applications.
