tweak launcher folding and visuals according to feedback from design:

- increase foldingStartHeight
- Introduces a foldingStopHeight. Folding only happens between the foldingStartHeight
and the foldingStopHeight.
- Only change brightness while folding
- remove highlight of pressed icon
- decrease launcher's width by half a grid unit.
