Merged bzrlib-example [f=401998]
Example commands have been updated to use bzrlib. A new 'fortune'
command has been added that demonstrates basic use of command-line
arguments and options. The example commands have been moved to the
top-level project directory and extras/ has been renamed to
contrib/.
