[r=allenap][bug=][author=jtv] Sketch out a DHCPv6 configuration template for ISC-dhcpd. Add ‘subnet_cidr’ template parameter: the DHCPv4 config needs a subnet/netmask declaration where the DHCPv6 config needs a subnet/bits one.
