Remove the usage of qts InputContextPlugin when handling key events

Since mir 0.25 handles compose keys through xkbcommon, there is no need to integrate the input context plugin here. Previously this allowed the compose key plugin to filter out key events and emit the composed key as input method event. Input method events cannot easily be mapped back to mir events. This thus breaks compose sequences for client applications.
