Work in progress. This preserves session state regularly and knows when the option should be given to the user to resume the test run. However, the code to actually resume will wait for a later merge. In passing, note that to permit the later intialisation of the whitelist and testitem models, a whitelist item factory class is now added; the GUI now generates the whitelist and testitem models only at the point of creation of these two screens. Which speeds the startup of the app somewhat :)
