* Prepare distutils usage:
  - make template importation agnostic: they can now include builtins
    tools like launchpad binding simply calling
    "from quickly import launchpadaccess" (no more inclusion to sys.path
    to make)
  - move some files (now startup script is in src/quickly)
  - quickly/ is the module which will be installed in /usr/lib/python-X.Y/
    dist-packages (better name than builtins/)
