refresh artwork a tad

- sidebar now uses darker background to constrast better from content pane
- selected page breadcrumb now has a fully blue background rather than a white one
- removed dark text color consequently
- the selected breadcrumb doesn't have an implicit margin through the png anymore. if we want one back margin-top/bottom on the QFrame and setting them to 0 for the QLabel is the way to go (needs some real life testing)
