Apply patch from madkinder: use #include rather than #import in C++ test case.
This fixes a test case failure with gcc 4.4.1, which warns about use of #import.

(The use of #import was an accidental cut-and-paste error resulting from copying
the C++ test case from the Objective-C/C++ test case.)
