* add libnotify support to xulrunner-1.9-gnome-support package by
  backporting mozilla bug 469880 (attachment 355343) to 1.9 branch;
  and adding --enable-libnotify to configure flags; also backport
  another patch required to make this fly (bz 393936 att351252);
