A new test case for modelling iceshelf cavities, specifically testing the melt rate parameterisation with P1DG-P2 and DG T and S.
This is 3d in a 1:1 aspect-ratio domain and a vertical ice shelf front, modelled using a P1DG-P2 discretisation.
Melting is modelled through the meltrate parameterisation.
Note this is testing DG T and S - which has not been tested until this commit.
