* DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeView.py:
- capture exceptions from pm.DoInstall() properly (fixes a
hang when a package fails to install)
* DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeViewGtk.py, DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeViewKDE.py:
- return the full status of the exited child, not only the
return code
