miscellaneous fixes - merges from ios-prefix stripping and file path handling. Limited all functions calling/called by to one hop in the call graph for performance reasons. Temporarily disabled all call paths between again for performance reasons. Added flag to enable extracting file paths from source - defaults to false (objdump _very_ slow on large binaries with the --line-numbers option.
