Replaced direct call for BibCiteGUI.updateTree() in BibCiteGUI.MenuActionListener with call for dbModel.updateTree() as events should be directed and controlled by dbModel - which probably should be divided in dbModel.java and uiControl.java; added explanatory comment to IOexception in InternetTools.java
