Proof read chapter 1 and 2 one more time:
p 2: add: a . b = |a| |b| cos angle between a and b
p 3: add: a || b <=> a . (b x c) = |a| |b| |c| sin(oriented angle between b and c around a)
 I have forgotten to talk about the orientation of angles before.
p 9: in Diff 2.55: mention that the curve has to be arc-length parameterized
p 10: a frame needs to be C1
p 11: I wrote \gamma instead of \gamma' two times
  remark 2.68 doesn't really make sense/add much now, so I've removed it
p 12: a frames only needs to be C1, not C2
