tests: enable curtainer to pull down curtin source locally

When running vmtest against the daily or proposed curtin the vmtests need
to match the revno of the source. If these do not match, then a mismatch
occurs and tests that do not have corresponding code can be ran causing
failures. This change allows for the same version of tests to be pulled as
the code that is under test.
