[r=rvb][bug=][author=rvb] Backport revision 3287: Fold the releasing/failed releasing/disk erasing/failed disk erasing statuses into deployed. This is a backward compatibility fix so that the transition from deployed to ready doesn't go through one of the new statuses introduced in 1.7.
