Ensures #using_(client)? has useful error

Assumption that the client could be determined had crept in and the error
message was blank. Meant listing accounts with no config gave a useless
'ERROR: Brightbox::BBConfigError' message.

We add errors for missing/ambiguous clients and add clearer messages.
