Made 'make check' work again.
Modified agent_init to not create pidfile if it's NULL
Made configure create a scripts/version.sh with the current package version
Made dispatcher.sh use the new version.sh to return correct version info
Made agent-smith.init get generated from agent-smith.init.in with correct install paths
Made 'make bintar' create a more meaningful tar file name
