Daemon: TAO recording mode: use mode page 0x05 for sector type only for CD media

For DVDs and BDs, force format 8 (2048 Mode 1 sectors) instead.
Fixes the issue with incorrect image format with ISO writer when
burning a DVD image with Brasero after burning a DVD image with
old version of Alcohol 120% in a VM over iSCSI.

The prior burning process probably sets the format when it finishes,
and according to MMC, we should not be using the mode page information
when burning DVD+R.
