libMirage: docs: add the unused entries to libmirage-sections.txt

When we marked the global lookup-table variables (crc16_1021_lut,
crc32_d8018001_lut, and ecma_130_scrambler_lut) as external, they
began being picked up by gtk-doc. Add them to the Utilities section
in the docs in order to silence the warning about unused entries.
