A patch for building CentOS binaries

Naming conventions of libnetfilter-queue package differ between CentOS 
and Fedora. Favoring Fedora, CentOS builds need to be patched manually. 
I would appreciate if somebody can suggest some macro magic for CentOS 
to sustain a single specfile to avoid the manual patching.
