chromium-browser (10.0.648.205~r81283-0ubuntu1) natty; urgency=low |

With this version (like with 10.0.648.204), you may notice that the saved |
4 |
passwords are no longer accessible in Chromium. (LP: #743494) This is due to |
5 |
an incompatibility between Chromium's GNOME keyring integration and the password |
6 |
sync feature that was introduced in Chromium 10. The GNOME keyring integration |
7 |
has been disabled by upstream while they are working to fix this issue. As a |
8 |
result, your saved passwords in the GNOME keyring are temporarily unavailable. |
9 |
They are still visible in the GNOME "Passwords and Encryption Keys" |
10 |
application in the Control Center. |
11 |
A possible workaround is to disable 'password sync' in Chromium (if enabled) |
12 |
and after a restart, to use --password-store=detect (for example in the |
13 |
CHROMIUM_FLAGS variable of /etc/chromium-browser/default). |
14 |
An alternative could be to force --password-store=gnome if 'detect' doesn't |
15 |
work. |
