* Add a generic way to create ia32libs from i386 debs: create a top-level
directory named after a given distribution (as of lsb_release -cs) and
put some i386 debs in it.

- add hardy/libnspr4-0d_4.7.1+1.9-0ubuntu0.8.04.5_i386.deb
- add hardy/libnss3-1d_3.12.0.3-0ubuntu0.8.04.4_i386.deb
