Ambiance, Radiance: fix checkbutton and radiobutton highlight

Currently checkbuttons highlight just the label, while radiobuttons are not
highlighted at all.

This commit adds a 1px dashed focus ring around the whole checkbutton and
radiobutton, removes the label highlight and also adds 1px bottom padding to
the label to horizontally align it with the check widget.
