Better ListItems examples in the gallery, and various fixes:
- Replace ListItems, ListItems2 and ListItems3 examples by a better ListItems that includes everything.
- Add demos/FadingRectangle.qml which is used by demos/ListItems.qml to cross-fade between multiple columns showing list items.
- Add white overlay for selected listitem.
- Fix left margin of Subtitled list items.
- Rename Selector to ValueSelector.
- Fix Container to work when it contains a Repeater.
- Incorporate fix for semi-transparent buttons (needed when cross-fading to Controls) from https://code.launchpad.net/~tpeeters/tavastia/fix-button-opacity/+merge/117449
- Improve ValueSelector such that the visuals of the (expanded) selected value match that of a selected list item.
- Move the code for determining whether a seperator must be shown from Container to Base, remove Container class.
- Change the looks of a selected list item: remove the orange triangle.
