A sample wsgi file for summit.linaro.org and view changes to display only
linaro sessions when we're looking at summit.l.o.
The new wsgi file sets an environment variable which is picked up in
settings.py and used to set LINARO_ONLY to True; that way we know only linaro
sessions should be displayed.
