Add a utility function to make testing whether a raw row is marked as
deleted.

Change the get_records to version the design-document entries for views.

That previous is a hack to change the functionality of get_records() so 
that it does not yield rows that we have marked as deleted.

Add tests that also create rows we would retreive, but mark rows as deleted to
make the js "map" function omit them.
