Label Threads.
Add more verbose exception handling.
Restart better on corrupt.
Don't create Handler where it's not allowed. This kills cache-size warnings for now. :(
Don't load buffered files as FileInputStreams, since MP4 files hate that. This may cause older handsets to hork. :( :(
Make MP4 files cache more data before we stream them.
