Make MusicDirectories serializable, and store a song queue on disk.
Use this to save random-songs to disk, so it can be loaded at startup, instead of hitting the server. On use of this cache, schedule a future download of a new list for the next use.
On an error downloading random-songs, back off exponentially the amount of time before retrying. After some number of attempts, abandon it. (Don't kill the server.)
