Constructor call for fixtures  now done in ConcordionTestController- before was in ConcordionTestExplorer ( will stop unwanted creation of tests when  browsing the list of the test in tools like Icarus) + Updated ConcordionTestExplorer to accept fixtures without "Test" at the end of the name.
