The configuration of amt on the nodes for vnc was removed from the 05 script and a new separate script was created.
The 05-add_physical_nodes.sh was modified to removed the wsman commands, move the power configuration on the same line as when the
machine is created, removing the machine update line and the commission line as the machines will commission automatically when
created.
