[r=Celso Providelo] Template file coverage-retriever.yaml.tmpl was still configured to use revision number 55 of the rabbitmq-server charm from the charm store.Changed it to use the same branch of rabbitmq-server and memory constraint as the other templates covering rabbitmq-server.
