revno (need to allow ant to make use of the revno rather than just printing it out)

Improve packaging and build process to release a "nice" collection of
binaries.

Improve the specification of revisions for ant tasks:
allow for most of the revisionSpec.

Implement Ant unit test framework to test all the bazaar ant tasks.
