644	Merge RANDR and Layout support. Merge RANDR and Layout support. This adjusts internal data structures defining our display layout to be more flexible. When build with RANDR support (default) and the X server supports the extension, the structures are built with knowledge of the invididual monitors composing the desktop and how they're laid out. The various zoom'ing functions now zoom just on the monitor they're on; .x*zoom functions will zoom across the entire Screen. This makes multi-monitor setups work much more fluidly, especially when they're of differing resolutions or otherwise don't add up to an even rectangular output.	Matthew Fuller	6 years ago
536	Giant pile of function-handling rework. Giant pile of function-handling rework. Move implementation of all [ctwm] functions out into individual [C] functions, and split them into a number of files so there's some level of categorization. Generate dispatch table from our functions_defs and go through it to execute all but a couple of special functions with extra magic (those related to f.function handling). Move the necessary helper functions around, and do some arrangement/commenting so it's a little easier to find the bits you need. This includes stub implementation functions that just spew warnings for those f.function bits as well as some other "functions" like f.nop and f.title that don't have real executions. They should all be skipped out earlier and never get to the dispatch, but this'll give some warning if they do. And it's easier to just says "all f.things have a function" and stub in a few than to long-term have an exception list. There are some (non-functional (hah)) cleanups of intermediate pieces of this to come.	Matthew Fuller	8 years ago
533	Further work on function-related bits. Further work on function-related bits. Add some macros to ease defining and calling function handling functions, and use them. Add a few comments to places that maybe shouldn't be knowing F_ defines themselves. Don't make the array of deferral function lookup bigger than it needs to be, and use its size rather than a max-function define. Split out function keywords for parsing into a separate array from the rest of the keywords to make it easier to build that list elsewise.	Matthew Fuller	8 years ago
